<p>"I have experienced a number of problems over the years with laptops not functioning as they should due to losing files, picking up viruses etc &amp; have lost many hours trying to work through them or trying to rectify them and all the while getting behind with work.</p>
<p>I had such severe problems recently I conceded to my failings and called your offices at telanova in expectation that you would be able to get me going again.  I spoke with Adam who looked at my problem and due to its nature advised that it would be necessary to bring the laptop in and leave it with you.</p>
<p>A few hours' later 16 infections were found and removed and processing was speeded up considerably.</p>
<p>I have found your system of time banking very effective with a monthly statement advising what has been used and how much is left in the bank.  I will no longer spend time trying to work on with problems but call telanova for a speedy recovery with most problems rectified online whilst I drink a cup of coffee.</p>

<p>"Earlier this year I suffered a total computer crash, resulting in virtual inertia for my business and the requirement for both replacement hardware and the recovery of vital data.  I contacted telanova who were on hand with immediate advice, not least which hardware to opt for to ensure fast delivery.</p>
<p>Thankfully telanova had previously set me up with online back-up which ensured that huge quantities of files, photos, drawings and other information were recovered.  They then went over the full set-up with me to allow a fast resumption of business after a 2-day turnaround.</p>

<p>At Jacksons Accountants everyone had a computer, but with limited access to the internet for e-mail and the web browsing.  This system had served them well but Hugh, the owner, wanted some improvements. </p>
<p>With online tax returns becoming more prevalent, Hugh wanted each person to have an individual e-mail address and web access from their own computer.  Hugh wanted us to protect the computers in the office from viruses and other internet dangers as well as provide a backup system to protect their data.</p>
<h3>Telanova proposed and implemented the following</h3>

<li>Install structured cabling to connect all PCs together</li>
<li>Strict firewall rules, DNS filtering and a business grade antivirus to protect the PCs</li>
